Roy joined the Windermere team in 1991. BACKGROUND - Roy attended Portland State University and the University of Oregon. He recieved B.S. in Philosophy, B.A. in English, and M.A. in Education. Before coming to Lopez in 1988, he taught High School English, coached varsity baseball and junior varsity football. Roy's first interest, during the baseball season, is the Mariners. "Beyond baseball, there is still much I have never had time to study; and in the winter, there is time to read."
	"It is a good team at Windermere. Almost all of us have participated in building our own homes here on the island. This constitutes a lot of experience in coping with the singularities of island living." "If there is a problem, someone in our office knows how to solve it. Our business has grown over the years, and we are vary proud of our achievements. In 1997, our group participated in 51% of all Realtor generated sales on the island. In 1998, we commanded 47%. In 1999, we did just a little better; In 2000, we captured 54%; and in 2001, we reached 66%."
